Terms ofservice

1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organization to this agreement.
2. Your account
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access — we'll help you secure it.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform, no resale without written permission, and no use that infringes the rights of others.
4. Billing & cancellation
Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are honored within 30 days of a new paid subscription.
5. Intellectual property
You retain full ownership of everything you build and deploy on the platform. We retain ownership of the platform itself, including its software, design, and documentation.
6. Warranties & liability
The service is provided "as is" with a target uptime published in our SLA. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
